Returns & Exchanges

At Glitch Productions Store, we want you to love your gear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange unworn apparel within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
